For bigger loads, more water is needed for soaking the dishes, and the LoadSensor automatically increases the water levels. Similarly, when the load is less, it makes adjustments automatically to ensure optimal water usage. Furthermore, the AquaSensor regulates water usage depending on the degree of soiling of the dishes. It uses light beams that gauge the remaining food particles, grease, or detergent residue to determine if additional rinse cycles are needed.
The Bosch SMS50D08GC Dishwasher features a child-proof door lock that prevents the door from being opened or the program from being altered.
