By checking the consent box, you “buyer” agree to the Dreamstar Digital Ltd alias Kweli.shop’s (vendor) flexible payment terms and conditions which apply to you upon approval and payment of the first instalment.

Payment Terms: The instalments amount shall be paid by the Buyer to the Vendor in equal monthly/weekly instalments, commencing from the date of the first instalment until the total balance is paid in full. 

Delivery:

1. The Vendor shall deliver the product/equipment to the Buyer’s specified location within 7 working days from the time of the 7th instalment (for a 10 instalments plan) or 4th instalment (for the 6 instalments plan).
2. The Buyer shall be responsible for any applicable shipping or delivery charges unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Ownership:

1. Ownership of the product/equipment shall remain with the Vendor until the Buyer has made all payments due under this Agreement.
2. Once the Buyer has made the final instalment payment, ownership of the product/equipment will be transferred to the Buyer.

Default:

1. In the event that the Buyer fails to make any payment as per the agreed terms, the Vendor shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and reclaim the product/equipment. The Buyer shall be responsible for any costs associated with the collection of the product/equipment.

Warranty:

1. The Vendor warrants that the product/equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ……years. The Vendor shall repair or replace any defective product/equipment within the warranty period, provided that the Buyer notifies the Vendor in writing within 7 days of discovering the defect.

Governing Law:

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

Entire Agreement:

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and Vendor, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
