The Eastman Solar Max PRO EM-11000 MP is an 11kW/11kVA 48V off-grid solar inverter/charger designed for high-capacity residential and commercial backup and solar-power systems. It combines a pure sine wave inverter, high-voltage MPPT solar charger, AC charger, battery integration and utility or generator input in one unit.

Its 11kW PV input is split across two 5.5kW PV sections, with a 90-450VDC MPPT operating window and 500VDC maximum PV open-circuit voltage. The inverter can operate with or without a battery where the application permits, includes built-in Wi-Fi for monitoring, and supports parallel operation of up to six units.

Designed around a 48V battery bank and compatible with supported lead-acid and lithium battery systems. For lithium installations, confirm the battery BMS protocol and communication configuration before commissioning. PV strings must remain within the 90-450V MPPT operating range and below the 500V maximum PV open-circuit voltage under all site temperature conditions.

• This is a 48V inverter, so size the battery bank and DC protection for the high currents associated with an 11kW inverter.
• Keep PV string Voc below 500VDC under the coldest expected site conditions and within the 90-450V MPPT operating range during normal operation.
